I have exciting news, readers! The second edition of my book, Becoming Hazel, Inherited Treasures Book 1, is not only available from the publisher, Archway Publishing (archwaypublishing.com), from Amazon, and wherever you get you books online.
It has also made its debut on the shelves of two stores in New Jersey, along with the rest of the Inherited Treasures series of books that have been published so far: Saints & Deceivers, Book 2; Hoofers & Hooch, Book 3; and Gangsters & Reels, Book 4.
Reading Glass Books recently held a Grand Opening of its newest store in the Quaker Bridge Mall with a Facebook live event, and the four Inherited Treasures books were prominently displayed together on a table in the center aisle. Another grouping of my books is currently on display in a similar way at their Cumberland Mall store, so we hope our New Jersey readers will soon become fans of Hazel, Charlie and the rest of the gang. For those of you who don’t live near Lawrence Township or Vineland, New Jersey, remember that all the books are available online.
Just be certain that if you are ordering the new edition of Becoming Hazel, Inherited Treasures Book 1 from Amazon, either follow the link from my website DorrieParsonsAuthor.com; or be sure to use the ISBN 978-1-6657-7918-0 if you want to purchase the paperback edition. The cover of this new edition has artwork from a 1902 silent film of a man in the moon with a rocket piercing his eye. This edition has new content and is NOT the same book as Becoming Hazel with Hazel on the cover. If you still can’t find it, click on “Find all formats and editions”. It should pop up. I apologize for the confusion and have been attempting to take down the older edition. I realize that the new second edition is more expensive, but that was a choice made by the publisher. I hope the improved quality and content will make your purchase worthwhile.
